IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING AN R.M.A BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGED WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT, PLEASE CALL FIRST
Do not send the product back yet. The carrier will require the ability to inspect the package for the claim before it is shipped again. If you ship it again (back to CompuLink) the carrier will not honor the damage claim.
All retail processor/fan combos need to be returned WITH fans or the warranty will not be valid. Processors will be held until fan is received.
Return for Repair / Replacement
From here you will find a listing of all documents which contain items elligible for RMA Return. RMA for credit must be done through our RMA department directly. Simply find the Invoice with the items to be returned and click "Select Items" in the far right column. Once you are on the Select Items screen you will be able to select which items you are going to send in for RMA Replacement. Simply click on the word "Attach" and choose the appropriate serial number. It is very important that you attach the correct serial number or your RMA may not be processed correctly or at all.
